Quilts Mean Business

Quilts may seem the quintessential “home” item – but they can have an equally warm impact when included in our workplaces. In fact, that cheery and inviting feeling you get from a custom quilt? It can enhance office ambience and maybe even improve employee morale, too.

A beautiful art quilt hung in the lobby softens the hard edges of any modern office building – consider having a custom one made to welcome customers and clients (in company logo colors, perhaps?) Quilts also make terrific team building exercises! Each employee designs or sews an individual block and the group decides how the blocks fit best into a whole blanket; then Whimzie Quiltz can help with the actual quilting. Once your team is working together, consider raffling off the completed quilt and donating the money raised to a favorite corporate charity.

More Inspiration…

Everyone knows there’s no better way to show appreciation to your business customers than with a gift after a big order or completed project – but giving a custom “thank you” quilt will make your firm really stand out!

Quilting for Twin Causes in 2008

Because of caring Whimzie Quiltz customers like you, $25 is going to the Helen Woodward Animal Center (http://www.animalcenter.org) in November to help save the lives of orphaned animals.

Even more fulfilling, your red quilt design requests and orders in 2008 have led to a donation of $660 to the American Heart Association (http://www.americanheart.org) – $160 over our goal! This is a cause especially important to me and my family and we can’t thank you enough for your help in supporting Whimzie Quiltz and our efforts to fight cardiovascular disease.
